Theon Greyjoy, Reality Star? Game of Thrones Cast Picks Who Deserves a Spin-Off

Catelyn Stark (Michelle Fairley) I think Theon is doing pretty good at the moment. His life is pretty messed-up… It might be a bit X-rated at times, but I think it would be worth a view.  I definitely couldn’t watch with my children though because that would be too embarrassing. I wouldn’t want to know some of that stuff. I think his story would make for a lot of … watercooler moments the next day, going, “Oh my God, did you see what he did?”

Robb Stark (Richard Madden) Theon! What Theon gets up to would be worse than Jersey Shore. But you can’t help but watch it.

Jon Snow (Kit Harington) I think Samwell should have a spin-off. He’s such a wonderful character, and John Bradley plays him so well. John and I have always talked about doing a spin-off with Jon Snow and Samwell like a buddy comedy.

Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) Tyrion should have his own reality show spin-off. Or Tyrion and Bronn. They would be such a funny comedy duo.

Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) I think Bronn. When I was watching the show, I realized who his character was and how much it’s got to do with how funny he is. He’s obviously got a big story behind him, and no one really knows it. I think that’s what’s so likable about him, that he’s not too serious, and you don’t know much about him, so you got nothing to dislike about him.

Bran Stark (Isaac Hempstead-Wright) My spin-off series would feature Hodor and quite a lot of landscape shots, since he won’t be saying much.

Jaime Lannister (Nicolaj Coster-Waldau) Reality shows need a lot of sex, so it would be Theon. It would be very entertaining to watch.

Renly Baratheon (Gethin Anthony) Elyas Gabel’s character, Rakharo. I really want to know what happened on that horse-ride trip that he took and unfortunately did not come back [alive] from. Basically, if I could go on a road trip with Rakharo, that would be brilliant just to see what he gets up to. He speaks a different language and is a fascinating character… That or like some kind of reality TV show about government led by Tyrion, where he’s laying the smackdown on every politician. On the Election Trail with Tyrion Lannister would be quite fun.

Margaery Tyrell (Natalie Dormer) The dragons definitely.

Ygritte (Rose Leslie) I love Tyrion. I love watching him. He is my favorite, so I think if Tyrion had a spin-off show, I’d be all over that. I’d love to watch that.

Gendry (Joe Dempsie) Definitely Theon Greyjoy. Never a dull moment in that boy’s life; there’s always something going on. And he’s also such an interesting character because of what happened in medieval times when families would take a ward as a hostage. You’re brought up by people, but essentially you have that internal conflict. You almost become part of the family. They’re keeping you captive so your real family behaves themselves. It’s a difficult thing to wrestle with. Theon today, in today’s world, if he was famous, that would go completely to his head.

Lancel Lannister (Eugene Simon) This sounds really dark, but I’m going to say it would probably be Sansa. She starts with her story with these aspirations of marrying a charming prince and having little princes and princesses and ever constantly this kind of pure fantasy dream world. But the truth is, it would be an incredibly dark comedy to see how the reality show of her life actually panned out given what happens to her. So I think it would just be a hugely dark comedy to watch how Sansa’s world suddenly descends into absolute misery. I have a dark sense of humor.

Irri (Amrita Acharia) I love Joffrey. I think he’s amazing. I think I love him even more because Jack Gleeson, who plays Joffrey, is so sweet in real life.
